Bills
$0.00Fast way: type one amount, then tap each bill. You can add many bills without retyping the form.
Tap a bill to add it at this amount and frequency (change either between taps if needed).
Each + button saves immediately—there is no separate Save step. Your bills are stored online with your account (same database as the rest of the app).
Common for kids & teens (streaming, games, delivery):
Household bills:
Custom expense (optional)
Use this if your bill is not in the list above.
Files for this budget (stays on this tab)
PDF or images. They are stored in your vault; only files you add here are used for document totals on Budget until you clear them.
One step left: confirm tags for
Income
Paycheck and tips are separate: add paycheck once, then tips once (each with its own amount).
Each income + button also saves immediately to your account.
Custom income (optional)
Financial Inbox summary
This shows money in, money out, and what is left after bills.
Totals from files only use documents you add under Files for this budget on the left (same tab). The rest of your library is never pulled into Budget automatically.
Money in: i $0.00
Money out: i $0.00
Recurring monthly: i $0.00
State tax spend: i $0.00
Net: i $0.00
Personal Finance 101 (everything for this tab is here)
Income you actually receive → repeating bills → optional receipts from Files for this budget on the left → see if anything is left (net). Not investment or tax advice.
- Income — Take-home from work, tips, side income (left column, + buttons).
- Fixed costs — Rent, utilities, subscriptions, debt minimums (+ buttons).
- Variable spend — Groceries, gas; add receipts with Files for this budget on the left, then confirm tags when prompted.
- Net — Money in minus money out; red means that picture is underwater.
- Savings habit — After bills, set aside something for emergencies when you can; this app does not move your bank money.
Do this in order: (1) Add income, (2) Add bills, (3) Tap Analyze money flow, (4) Add files on the left only if you want document-based totals.

Budget (explained like you are in 5th grade)
What is Budget? It is a money picture: how much comes in, how much goes out, and what is left. It does not move real money in your bank. It helps you see the story.
Step 1 — Money you get. On the Budget page, left side: type how much you really take home (after taxes if you want it that way). Tap a + button like “Monthly take-home” or “Tips.” Each + saves that line for you.
Step 2 — Bills you pay every month. Still on the left: type an amount, then tap bills you know (+ Rent, + Phone, + Netflix-style buttons). Change the amount before each tap if each bill is different.
Step 3 — Receipt pictures (only if you want). Same Budget page, lower left: Files for this budget. Choose a picture or PDF of a receipt, tap Upload for budget, then tap the yellow Save as receipt (personal) button so the app knows it is a store receipt. You do not have to leave this tab for that.
Step 4 — See the picture. Tap Analyze money flow on the right. Money in = what we added up coming in. Money out = bills + receipt numbers we read. Net = in minus out. If Net is red, that means “uh-oh, more went out than in” for this picture—time to cut a bill or add income you forgot.
Step 5 — Ask a simple question. Try the chips like “Where did I overspend?” The app answers in normal words, not grown-up finance speak.
Extra buttons. Need a bill that is not on the chips? Open Custom expense or Custom income on the Budget page and tap Save there.
This is for learning your own cash flow. It is not tax advice, investment advice, or a replacement for a bank.
